A Change of name xxx

Just a wee quick post to let you all know that Debs aka Freckleface has had to change her blog name!! Its such a wee shame and a pain for her, dont think I would have been as calm about that she is! I would probably argued and got thrown out of blogland ........ can that happen?????

Golden Wedding xxx

Afternoon everyone, where did the lush sun go??

I was planting away, getting by tubs all lovely and this big dirty cloud appeared!! Boo hoo, its got colder and everything but at least me tubs are looking lovely if I do say so myself hee!! I love planting my wee flowers and seeing them grow and flower!!

Anyways this is a wee box I made for a friend of the family to give! The only details I had was it was a Golden Wedding so this is what I made!

I used 2 sheets of 12x12 cream card stock from Hobbycraft at The Fort decorated with 2 sheets of mirror card that i embossed in my Sizzix. The stamped Champagne flutes are from Docrafts embossed in gold. Everything else I made using my nesties, punches and wee hands hee all from my stash.

Sorry, think I went a bit crazy with all the pictures but wanted you to see it from every angle! I so enjoy making my wee boxes, love to see peoples faces when they open it up hee!

Pink Roses xxx

Good morning everyone, its another lovely day here! hope you have the sun where ever you are! Its not a bank holiday here tho as we have Lanimers, a local tradition full of fun and family!!

Anyway i haven't been around as me and Hubby have been finishing off all the garden, almost there. Just have to finish the monoblock on the path, put the new step in and another wee tidy and its all finished hee! The conservatory is amazing, just wish our sofa would hurry up! okay enough moans on to my wee card!

I made it the other day and thought it would be perfect as an entry to the Passion for Promarkers where they have some fab birthday challenge prizes!!

So I used my lush new stamp from docrafts that I got in my goody bag, coloured of course with my promarkers. I used the capsule papers form papermaina, layered on white card and gem stone card. Finished with some green scrap ribbon, a wee flower and loads of wee gems.

Hope you like it? I loved the simple effect of the roses and cant wait to ink it up and distress it!

My First lili of the valley xxx

Evening everyone, hope all is well out in blogland?? I'm doing great, having a great week so far!! Meet my lovely buddies Susie and Clare and also their gorjuss kiddies! We had lovely day, spot of lunch and even fitted in some crafty shopping hee!!

So its the fab Debs birthday in a few days and i wanted to make her something special!! What you think? I warned her not to look yet, so fingers crossed hee! I got to use my lush new stamp from Susie the cute little Thomas the cat! Isn't he cute!! and what better way to use him with the LOTV fab sketch!!

I used some basic white card from my stash, the gorjuss Thomas coloured with promarkers with added glitter and gloss! My fab Basic Grey papers layered with some plain green inked for a wee effect! Some brads, pears, flowers and ribbon from my stash to finish it off.

I hope she likes it and that she likes GREEN my fav colour hee!! I dont usually go for cats either but doesn't he just grow on you!!

I told you it would be bright hee!!
But how lush is she in the bright colours?? Shes just so fab, defo my fave at min hee!

I got to use the fab sketch over on Sketch and stash and I stuck to the fab colour theme that Totally gorjuss want you to use! Suits her perfect hee!!

I've dug out my Dovecraft papers that I adore because the butterflies and layered it on some of the black Clare curd papers I used in the card below, inking the edges for a wee distressed feel! I used Goth Girl coloured with promarkers and added some silver for highlights! Punched some butterflies from the scraps, added glitter and black pearls to finish them! Everything else is from stash.

I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed colouring her? I'm sorry to say that she'll probably be on the next few cards for a wee while hee!!

Evening bloggers, hope all is well out there in blogland?? I'm great so enjoying the wee sunroom, still no furniture but the garden stuff is working great hee!!

So I've got 2 wee posts for you tonight. The first is my wee card for The Sugar Bowl challenge using Marlene's fab sketch! Also they want to recycle!! So what better way than using all my bits of paper out my scraps drawer! It was also a great excuse too get my new stamp all inked up!!

So I used my scrap papers that you can see in this wee pic! The papers are from Clare Curd Bumper 12x12 stack and the black aged paper is from We R Memory Keepers Tiffany range! i inked up my new stamp lil Goth Girl from Funky kits coloured with promarkers(of course)! I finished it off with adding some nestie circles and then punched out flower detail! Everything else was from my stash.

This was a great idea of using the scraps as usually they just lie in my drawer after making boxes! But I now have a new very fave stamp!! How brill is she?? Wait to you see her next in more vibrant colours, hee its fab if I do say so myself!!

Well come on I know you wanna get up and dance hee!!

Evening all my lovely crafters out there hope your well? I'm great just been enjoying my lovely fully finished but not yet furnished sunroom/conservatory! Its just lovely sitting in it,well on the garden furniture but cosy warm with the sun beating in!!

I wanna just take a wee min to say thanks to all you lovely people! You always leave some fab comments and they cheer me right up! Love to know how you feel and think about my creations, makes them all worth while!! hee ta lovelies

Okay, deep breath, on to my wee card! What you think?? I've eventually got round to using some of my birthday goodies that my lovely Hubby got me! Yeah you do spy the wee stamp from my candy, well I couldn't resist it!

I used my lush Basic Grey papers Indian Summer layered with some basic white card. My lovely Dancing Willow coloured with promarkers, some satin ribbon and everything else from stash.

What do you think? Its a bit bright for me but wanted too use my papers! And Willow is just funky and suited for them!

Black and Ivory wedding xx

So here I am, as I said I'd be back with the 2ND box! A lovely Ivory and black one with a hint of red!! Took like 30 mins to up load the pics, stupid blogger!!

This time I used some Bazzils gorjuss Diamond shine Ivory 12x12 card with the Clare Curd papers that i coloured the white with Ivory! I use my Woodware Scottish Wedding stamps with a touch of red promarker to highlight bits. everything else from stash, but now running really low on flowers!!

Hee isn't the cake so sweet? I so love doing these, yeah I know I said before but they look so fab when finished! The Wedding is next week and I cant wait to see what they think??

Well off to help hubby clean up, yeah all the fun is over but means 1 step closer to my wee room hee!!

Afternoon lovely bloggers, is it horribly dull where you are too?? Defo not a lovely May weekend we're in for!!

So hubby is down finishing off the window sills in the sunroom/conservatory after we wallpapered last night and put the lovely real oak flooring down! Its looks brill already, if I do say so myself hee! All that's left is the glossing, a good cleaning(dust everywhere after the plastering) and then ruff-casting outside and its all finished hee!! Just have to wait on out corner sofa to get delivered now!

OK enough of me blubbering on, here's a box my Mums work colleague asked for! Its wee bit early but as I was making this and another box was just easier!

Ive used by basic cream 12x12 textured card stock( think its Papermania) then used by K&Company Tim Coffey Blossomwood collection to cover it! I used my lovely CC Designs Couple from the Spring kit coloured with promarkers. Used my nesties for the circles and ovals and punches for flowers. Everything else is from my wee stash.

Hope you like it?? I so enjoyed making this and the other one! Love making cakes and adding all the beads and glitter hee! Got a while to find out if the couple like it, but hopefully they will?? Fingers crossed anyway. I'll be back later with the other box, see you soon
