I've been PUBLISHED woohoo xx

Good morning lovelies

Sorry its been a wee while since I posted but been hectic with work and then last week was just so SUPER exciting!

As you can see from the title, yes little me has been published!! Woohooooooo

After winning the contest this is my first publication in Papercraft Essentials! It has been amazing to see and it still doesn't feel real! 

 

Ekkk its just so exciting and as you can see I had some fun making some Easter makes, perfect for those who have family and friends over or just want to create a special gift for someone

Not only did the magazine come out last week it was my Birthday and we spent the day in Edinburgh, enjoying food and wandering around, having more food and then Dairy-free Fudge! Was a great wee day with hubby and I was spoiled rotten. 

Then, yes my fab week wasn't over, we enjoyed a wee over night on Friday at Glenskirlie Castle! Before going we went to Callander for a wee visit, got some lunch, dodged the rain and picked up some Birthday presents for my brother before driving to the castle.

Its a beautiful place and so easy to miss because of its location! If you ever looking for a special overnight its perfect! Princess style all the way! 

 

Back home Saturday, relaxing and walking the dog (don't worry our nephew puppy sat for us) then trying not to move too much with all the food we ate on Friday night lol! I'm so not used to 3 courses!!

Yesterday was spent gutting my craft room and slowly "playing" I mean moving my new bits in and rearranging it again to work for me! Why is it you always find new bits you've forgotten about or sat aside to hide from Hubby

Well, its back to work for me this week. A few more orders and allocations to finish, Mother's Cards and Gifts to make and even a Congratulations Exploding box! Ohhhh its busy busy again!

Afternoon all

Is it pouring where you are??

Its windy, cold and raining here and looks like the whole weekend will be the same! Will I've some cards to attempt with hubbys help (can't stamp yet as no strength lol) and lots of pretty yarn to play with while it pours!

March is a busy month here for us, so many Birthdays including my own which means lots of fun crafty time! It's still taking me days to make one card but at least I'm spending some time getting back into things starting with these 2 wee cards

I used an oldie but a goodie Magnolia Stamp coloured with promarkers and used some Basic Grey papers, ribbon and mulberry flowers from my stash and finished with a Craftwork Card sentiment

a quick hello xxx

Good morning everyone

Well, I'm surrounded by boxes and paper and wooden shapes and loads of crochet creatures plus all the rubbish and not forgetting the 3D things I've been making .................... lets just say my craft room is a bomb site just now lol! Tho on a plus, I'm not stressing like I normally do with "ONLY" 2 days left to the craft fayre lol!

Every thing almost finished, only some finishing touchs on cards and one baby girl box to add embellishments too and then price up tomorrow, ahhhh I can crochet in the sun all day tomorrow heee! I just hope the gorjuss weather won't keep everyone away from the craft tent!!

Good morning all

Well its almost afternoon woops, slightly late with my post today but as the wifi has been down I have a wee excuse lol! Ok the sun was calling me too and needed to get the bed stripped and washed heee!

Isn't it fab having this wee bit of sun? Makes such a difference to everything and we can get in the garden too! Its good as its brighter at nights now which means we can get out longer walks with the dog too, since shes scared of the dark can't that go far lol!

Now enough of my nonsense its time for another Challenge at Charisma Cardz!
