I've been PUBLISHED woohoo xx

Good morning lovelies

Sorry its been a wee while since I posted but been hectic with work and then last week was just so SUPER exciting!

As you can see from the title, yes little me has been published!! Woohooooooo

After winning the contest this is my first publication in Papercraft Essentials! It has been amazing to see and it still doesn't feel real! 

 

Ekkk its just so exciting and as you can see I had some fun making some Easter makes, perfect for those who have family and friends over or just want to create a special gift for someone

Not only did the magazine come out last week it was my Birthday and we spent the day in Edinburgh, enjoying food and wandering around, having more food and then Dairy-free Fudge! Was a great wee day with hubby and I was spoiled rotten. 

Then, yes my fab week wasn't over, we enjoyed a wee over night on Friday at Glenskirlie Castle! Before going we went to Callander for a wee visit, got some lunch, dodged the rain and picked up some Birthday presents for my brother before driving to the castle.

Its a beautiful place and so easy to miss because of its location! If you ever looking for a special overnight its perfect! Princess style all the way! 

 

Back home Saturday, relaxing and walking the dog (don't worry our nephew puppy sat for us) then trying not to move too much with all the food we ate on Friday night lol! I'm so not used to 3 courses!!

Yesterday was spent gutting my craft room and slowly "playing" I mean moving my new bits in and rearranging it again to work for me! Why is it you always find new bits you've forgotten about or sat aside to hide from Hubby

Well, its back to work for me this week. A few more orders and allocations to finish, Mother's Cards and Gifts to make and even a Congratulations Exploding box! Ohhhh its busy busy again!

Sorry for this being a bit later than normal! I'm gonna blame the weather when I actually forgot all about it lol!!

Today is sadly my last post as GDT member for Crafts and Me! I have loved sharing my wee makes with you this month and loved seeing the other ladies pieces too! I just wanna thank Teresa for giving me this wee chance!

Now onto my card, my favourite image of the month!!

The image is the beautiful Heather by Hannah Lynn and can be bought in both digital and rubber stamp form! I coloured her with my Spectrum Noirs and touch of silver and gold fine liners matching them to Basic Grey Plumeria papers 

 

Hannah Lynn images are some of my favourites and have so many of them plus her amazing colouring books! Do you have any fav designers??

I hope you are all well?? Is it miserable where you are too?? Rain, cold and very windy! Perfect weather for curling up with a good book and roaring fire .......... ack well maybe another day lol!!

Today I wanted to share a wee card I was asked to make for a lovely lady as a surprise from her Husband! I loved making this

 

I used the cute little image from Time for Tea Design - Bouquet Girl coloured with my Spectrum Noirs and the pretty papers are Grace Taylor

I think these Bow Cards are my favourite makes just now. They have such a great "WOW" factor when someone sees one and it just adds something more than a flat card!

I do hope your well? I'm exhausted this week with all my different orders, allocations and then last night was my demo with the SWRI ladies! I need bucket loads of tea and a good book but will just get on with things lol!

Anyways today is my second wee card for the GDT over at Crafts and Me and this time I'm sharing a wee card with the Lucy Loo - Delivering Love Letter

The images is another perfect Valentine edition but could be for that Sassy friend in your life lol! The image comes in Digital and Rubber stamp form! I used the fab Digital Floral Fantasy Papers in the background! My printer is pants and doesn't show them in all there detail but they matched my Spectrum Noirs colouring

Good Morning my lovelies

I hope this we post finds you all well?

I'm grand and just working away, just so busy with work but I'm loving every minute of it! Working on My SECOND magazine piece, my Crafter's Companion Design Team bit as well as my other orders is keeping me really busy, the way I like it tho hehehe

So on other news, the amazing Teresa from Crafts and Me asked little me if I would like to be this months Guest Designer and well I jumped at the chance of course!! Not only do I adore Crafts and Me stamps, the amazing Teresa is such a fab lady that works so hard to bring the amazing stamps for us to work with!

The first wee stamp I got let loose with is Sara Burrier's Be Mine

 

It's a stunning digi stamp and not only perfect for Valentines but would suit and card theme! Here's what I made with the wee image

 

I used some oldie Basic Grey Papers -True Love and coloured the image with Spectrum Noirs with a touch of glitter to finish it off

Hello my lovelies

What a week so far its been here, so busy with work, Birthdays and then being exhausted! But on top of it all I'm still hyper! I don't think I'm going come down from my cloud for a good wee while!

I've been working on my magazine allocations trying to make them the best I could, I want you lovely lot to WANT to make something similar too! NO peeks tho just have to wait till March! Also I'm working on my DT work, card orders and family Birthday cards. I have a party on Friday too for my Mum's husband as he turns 50, so I have 72 cupcakes to make as well!! Busy busy busy, but that's how I like it!!

 The papers are the delish Crate Paper - Cute Girl and the image is coloured with Spectrum Noirs! I was really good and wrote down the colours I used but ehhhh I think I binned the bit of paper ekkkk sorry!!

Ekkk its almost mid-week already!! Where are the days going??

Can't believe Christmas will be here in just a few short weeks! I've still lots to fit in before that and don't want them rushing by, always the same tho!

I finally opened my new Crafter's Companion Snowy Christmas A3 (sorry no stock at moment) papers and had a good play with them yesterday! I jut adore the pearl shine through them! I also got a chance to colour this little beauty Mornings from (who else) Crafts and Me, isn't she a stunning image and can be used for any season!

A Special Birthday xx

Afternoon everyone

I hope you are all doing ok out there in blogland??

I'm busy busy busy with all the new comings and goings with Crafter's Companion, worker on orders (both paper and crochet) and I'm now the new Secretary for the Kirkfieldbank Women's Rural!! Yeah I cant believe it either lol!! I couldn't say no to the position since my Mother-in-law asked me but ekkkkkk lets just see how it goes

Now today I wanted to share a wee card I made for my WONDERFUL friend Susie!

 

It was a very SPECIAL Birthday for this beautiful lady and I wanted here to celebrate in style! She deserves all the happiness in the world and more! Plus lots of GLITTER too spread through everyones life ..............  I mean who wouldn't love to throw glitter around

 

 

I used my good old promarkers to colour and the papers are September Skies from Heidi Swapp, a fab 12x12 bundle that I love!
