Sarah Hurley Challenge - A Sketch xxx

Good morning everyone

Firstly a MASSIVE thank you to all the fab comment on my previous post!! I loved reading them all but  I'm sorry to say that none of you can borrow my wee Hubby, not even for the day or a few hours, heee he's all my!! Well maybe I could hire him out if you payed ME in craft goodies hee! Oh I'm bad!!

Ok best behaviour now ..... I'll try heee!!

This week over on Sarah Hurley Challenges we have a fab wee sketch for you all to follow! Now you can use it for anything you like, a layout, a card or even an altered item, its up to you!

I was a bit stumped when I seen this but after a few hmmms and ohhhhs I dug out a piece of plain white 12x12 card stock and 30 mins later came up with this

What do you think??

Its really different for me but I wanted to try something out of my comfort zone! I even blue tinted the pictures to match in with the colour them!

Morning all

I hope your all enjoy the lovely warmth and the fab sunshine we have at the min!! Its no good to my crafting this sun, all I wanna do is go for walks(well that's good for the diet) and sit and read my Kindle!! I've got lots to do as well and just wanna relax, so bad I am heee!!

Firstly I just gotta share with you my totally awesome and very ECO Green "Saving the Planet" Greenhoose!

This is hubby starting it using old frames that were going off to be fire wood

Here is the basic shape with all old windows from jobs hubby has done

All Finished hee

 Side view and the door plus you can see my wee veg plot, all full of onions, carrots and tatties

And this is the wee inside, all the shelves left on and off to make room for grow bags underneath!

Its now all full with seed trays, small tubs and big tubs full of all my "cant wait" yummy veggies and tommy matos mmmm!!

I hope you like my wee greenhoose?? It cost us all of £20!! Yip that was all, good when you got a hubby with the know how hee!! It was paint at £10 and then a sheet of the plastic stuff that you can see at the sides of the door at £10 as well!! Hope you like Mel, not as good as your allotment but its just my wee ickle Melotment hee hee

Now on to a wee card or two!!

I made these last week, when I couldn't sleep the other night! I used another of my fab Crafts and Me stamps and my delish Prima papers Hubby got me for my Birthday

I just love these stamps! They are so easy to colour and they always look fab!

Are we all well on this gorjuss sunny day?? Can you tell I'm a lil happy soul loving the sun heee, well be getting my lovely lil Greenhoose all painted up today plus finishing getting my seeds in, perfect for a sunny Sunday!!

A Crafty Saturday xxx

Afternoon everyone

Hope you are all well out there in blogland?? What you all been doing?? Where is that sun gone??

Oh well, no sun means lots of crafty time heee!! Ive been busy this week catching up with orders and posting out stuff here and there, plus a wee visit to ikea on Tuesday got me a DVD case so I could display by promarkers! 14 DVD cases later, lots of white dots and my display was all finished!! That easy!! What do you think??

Not bad hee!! Thanks to the inspiration I found here and the I ♥ Promarkers for their fab help too!!

While in Ikea I took advantage of poor hubby and acquire some of those cute lil glass jars! the plan was to put all my papers/fabric flowers in them .......... Ok, kinda didn't work as planned!! I started sorted them into colours this morning only to find I had more than I imagine!! I still have a full carry bag full, that I gave up after seeing they would never all fit!! So I decided to fill them with Buttons instead!! I have more in an old Quality Street tin, but these ones were all over my desk so just sorted those into colours

My plan is to sit tonight while watching TV and sort the rest! But at least my desk is not totally tidy and my craft room doesn't look like a bomb site anymore heee!

During the week, I've been busy making boxes for upcoming Craft Fayre's plus doing cards at the same time! Gotta have a nice selection of both! This is one wee card that I made that I simple love, I don't often say that about my cards but I do!!

I loved this stamp when I seen it a few months ago and was so "smiley" when my hubby got it for my wee Birthday! He's a wee star!!

Some fun in the Sugar Bowl xxx

Hi everyone

Oh I've been an awful blogger this past week! I haven't been feeling myself and then having the sun over the weekend, me and hubby took advantage of it!

I hope you all enjoyed the sun too and got to get out in the garden or just enjoy the sun with the family! We sorted the garden out on Friday and got my veg patch all full up for the summer. Then we started my wee all New "green" Greenhoose! We decided to build one this year as after the horrible winter ours never survived! So with all the old windows from hubby's old job, old bits of wood and a wee bit plastic sheeting we have a half built greenhoose!! All Eco and the only thing I bought was the paint!! Just needs one window on the back and the door and its finished! Mel, I'm taking your allotment inspiration but on the ickle size hee!

And then yesterday we went to Loch Lomond! Its was so beautiful, just driving up and stopping for wee picnic at Tarbet Then driving up bit farther to spy some nice camping spots, before heading back via Stirling and a lovely pub for some lunch/dinner!! Perfect wee weekend and Tilllie loved it all!

So on to a wee card I got to squeeze in on Thursday night!Please excuse the picture the image is coloured with purple and so is the flowers but looks pink SORRY!!

I loved doing the wee ribbon frame after seeing it on a few blogs and knew it would make the card pop! Just wish you could see the card for real, you could see the purple better! Maybe the pinkish paper in the back doesn't help hmmmm note to self "Stick with the right Colours"!

Craft Garden April Challenge xxx

Good Morning all

This is a wee scheduled post as I'm on route to decorate the hall for my mums party and get my hair done before getting the cake stacked in time for the wee party tonight, woop woop!!

Anyhows, today is the 1st Monthly challenge over on the Craft Garden and not only that the wee shop has opened back up today too, Well Done Kerry honey!

So the challenge is a simple one to get as all started

"FOUR"

Yip, that easy! You gotta use 4 of something on your creation, or have a 4 on something you've made! Easy hehe

So I made two wee creations for the challenge, one a wee scrap page the other a 3D 4 hee

 I used 4 pictures and 4 colours

 and my 4

What do you think?

I love the 4 and was really fun to make! I ripped up lots of scraps and stuck them all over then glossed the whole thing before wrapping in ribbon and decorating!
