Have you been crafting recently?? Keeping busy while more restrictions come in??

With the darker days coming in I've decided to challenge myself and creating something I have wanted to make for a while! I won't say much because I think my first attempt will be a fail! But I will try .... keep following for more updates and maybe I'll share what I've been doing soon??? Is there something you've always wanted to to?? Why not try!!

The latest edition of Die-Cutting Essentials 70 is OUT NOW

The free cover gift is a fab Candle die that is perfect for all you're Christmas cards or makes. I had so much fun creating some Gift Ideas with the die 

Using the die as my inspiration for all my makes 'shapes' I created a fun Christmas Decoration as well as a little Gift Bag. But my favourite piece is the Tea Light Holder

Using the die to create my shape I added vellum to soften the light and coloured with my markers. 

I think these would look fab along a Christmas Table or along a Fire Place with some faux twinkle candles!

Happy Wednesday

How are we all doing this week? Are you getting on well? Staying safe?

I know its so hard but when the sun is shining it does make this Lockdown and shielding that little bit easier! And so does buying cactus lol

Today I wanted t share a little something I made for this weeks challenge over at Use Your Craft Stash on Facebook

Again this week we have an Anything Goes theme so I dug through my paper stash and found these vintage inspired Kaiser Crafts papers and toppers called Sage and Grace and turned it into a Vintage Wardrobe using an SVG file

I used some Distress Ink in Weathered Wood for a soft subtle look on the papers and card. Used real working hinges and finished with a little clasp to hold it closed. I might make a small scene to go inside but for now I'm really pleased with it!

I'm slowly working through some cards for big Birthdays coming up and also playing Animal Crossing when I can get away with it. But today is for crafting then enjoying the sunshine!

Afternoon you lovely lot

Are you all well, staying safe? I can't believe this craziness is still going on but at least we are trying to make the best of it

I've been taking time to get the last of my work done, make some cards to add to my own stash and also play with my Nintendo Switch Lite! Yes I treated myself to a switch and Animal Crossing with mu Christmas and Birthday vouchers I was hoarding for some strange reason lol. So now I'm happily created my own wee world while the real one is mad!!

Today I wanted to share a littler something I was so so so pleased with and can't believe how they came out! What am I talking about???? 

YES!! 

Its the fabulous Altenew Special Box Magazine

I was lucky to be asked to create some pieces to go along with the kit that comes with the magazine and the only brief was Wedding!

So as you know that's sooooo me! Not only that, I had my brothers invites on my desk so added their names fro the 'couple'! Sadly my brother and Jamielee to change their Wedding to next year so seeing their wee names in print sorta helps lol 

look at the group photo!! Just makes me so happy to see those makes look so fab

the main Invite, I used the layer stamps but only the first layer and coloured with my pens then added a printed vellum overlay! Makes it look soft but the copper makes it all pop!

I also made a cute little favour box and again used the stamps but this time layered them to create the perfect Altenew floral flower to decorate the box

You'll have to see the magazine for yourself to see all the fab creations the rest of the team came up with! Plus the kit is AMAMZING! that stamp set alone I'd buy it for hehehehe

Apart from working on some fun pieces I've still been keeping up with our wee Challenge Facebook group, have you checked it out yet??

Its great for getting you to use up your old stash and see what other have been doing. Its bad tho for reminding you what you might have in your stash that you've forgot hehehehe

Good Morning you lovely lot

I do hope this finds you all well and you are home safe and cosy and not surrounded by snow?? we came home from the caravan last night after getting stuck in traffic, leaving the sunshine and came home to snow! Woke to a few cm and its still falling tho with the damp ground its not lying on the roads so thats a good sign!!

Now have you heard the news??

Here's what I made using the cutie Blooming Lovely Flutterby

I coloured her up with my Spectrum Noirs and the papers are DCWV Magnolia Way with some added mulberry flowers and punched butterflies

Hope this finds you all well?

Did you survive the hour less in bed today?? Or you still like me and walking about like a Zombie today? I could possibly still be getting over a fab Saturday Wedding Dress shopping for my future Sister in Law and all the family! Lunch and cocktails was a must!!

Now have any of you see the Simply Cards and Papercraft 175 Magazine yet

little me was lucky enough to make some fab Gift Box ideas for this. I really loved making these and getting to try a few ideas I've wanted to do for a while! There's even a few tutorials for you all to try them for yourself

What one do your like?? I adore the Bottle Gift Box, just perfect to brighten up that Wine gift for a friend or family

I decorated mine with die-cuts but you could use stamps or anything form your crafty stash!

My other favourite was the Drawer Box! Using the same colour theme with Kraft card and colouring up the Bouquet Girl from Time for Tea Designs!

Shes perfect for this wee Gift Box as she suits any important Celebration not just Birthdays! I coloured her up with my Spectrum Noirs and the papers through all the pieces are Pebbles Heart of Home

Evening all

Hope this finds you all well and having a fab Sunday?

What have you been up to this week? anything exciting? We've been looking for wallpaper, no idea how hard that could be lol! We have our hearts set up silver/grey with green and purple but there is nothing out there! We still have time to find some as we're putting in new windows and fitted wardrobes, so will see how it goes!

I had fun using the Love Letters digi stamp to make this wee Twisted Easel Card

The papers are First Edition and the image is coloured with Spectrum Noirs

I loved making this and forget how fun Twisted Easel cards are! Really need to make some more

I also wanted to share a little sneak peek with you all

I was lucky enough to make some makes for the fab Stamps By Chloe and it will be on HOCHANDA on Thursday the 22nd! You will have to tune in to see my fab wee Sewing Machine and Mother's Day makes I created

Will off to finish some more wee makes, enjoy a brew and get comfy for the Midwifes

Evening all

Hope this finds you all well? Has cupid been to see you and fire some love your way??

I've been spoiled! A beautiful new Pandora ring and yummy dairy and nut free sweeties! And after telling hubby not to get me flowers he went one better and got me my favourite ...... DAFFODILS!! Not just one bunch but 10 bunches of daffies! I adore those bright yellow, lemon, white and even orange bright buds and always make me smile! I just wish they were available all year round! Ohh and trying to find enough vases lol what a hubby I have! 

I decided to make hubby a wee something different and made this wee Valentines Giftbox

I choose the so cute Time for Tea Designs Love Letters digi stamp and coloured her up with Spectrum Noirs

I filled the box with sweets and little love notes of course! Yeah I'm soppy! The box is from a Silhouette Cameo file and was perfect for today!

Happy Sunday

I hope you are all well and enjoying a super relaxing Sunday?? How was your week? Mine has been rather rubbish!!

Some of you know I suffer from chronic Migraines and I was unlucky to have had a week long one! Stuck in bed, dizzy spells, spots in my vision and even nose bleeds!! It was a hard feeling sorry for myself time but at least its just a dull ache now and I'm over the worse (fingers crossed)! I can get back to work this week and get on with all my fab allocations!

What about you lot?? Any nice plans this week? Hope there filled with fun craftyness and even more fun and good surprises!!

The super talented Jo has created two amazing Valentines digi's just in time to create something for the extra Special person in your life! I used both the Love Letters on the front and the Sweetheart girl in the inside of my wee Twist and Pop card

I coloured the images with Spectrum Noirs and the papers are a really old collection I had in my stash but looked perfect with the wee images!

I hope you like my card as much as I loved making it! I closed the envelopes but could be perfect fro some little sweets or a little love letter??
