As my silly printer gave up working yesterday I used all my wee scraps to make my wee card

Evening my lovelies
How you all doing? Have you been doing anything nice today?
I've done some cleaning, gutted the bathroom and freshen up all the "decorative" towels! Hee why do we have "decorative" only for show towels?? Seems like madness to men but to us women its the way it is hee!!

Anyways after that I prepared dinner of spiced meatloaf and potato wedges then watched wee bet TV before getting some Stationary Samples made up and then making a wee card using some new stash! I was going be really lazy and have a DVD day but got bored half way through hee! Guess I just wanted to craft hee!

I wanted to share the wee card I made for my wee Granny to send to my wee cousin Piper who turns one at the end of the month.

I had got the wee image to make invites for Pipers wee 1st Birthday Party and knew my wee Granny would love a matching card! She adored it hee!! Here is the wee invites

I cant wait to see if my Aunty likes them! They live in New Zealand and the tartan was perfect for the "Bonny wee lass" that she is hee!

Just having a wee night cosy on the couch as poor hubby is working hard and up early again in the morning! Although he will have to put up with CSI at 9pm hee! He will probably fall asleep before that but that's OK!

Granpa's Birthday xxx

Hello everyone
Hope you are all well today and had a fab wee weekend? Ours was quiet as I was a bit ill but feeling better now, thanks for all the wee "Get Well" messages! We did nothing much at all, took the dog out and played Xbox and I crafted! Then yesterday was my Granpa's Birthday and we went through there to celebrate with him, my wee Granny and my Mum and Scott!

As I told you we made him up a wee box full of breadmaking goodies that we loved and I was even making rolls after a few hours hee! I even had time in my wee busy, yeah right, Saturday to make him a birthday cake. A Vanilla and White chocolate Sponge with White chocolate buttercream, everyone loved it hee!

Well as you can see from my wee title, hee yes wee me won!
I won Challenge 48 over on Totally Papercrafts for my wee Thank you cards i made for my family! Cant stop smiling hee!! Not feeling that good and this has totally brighted my wee day!



Not much to report today!

As I've not been 100% only did some housework, food shop and finished some wee invites and a card my wee Granny asked for! I forgot to take some pictures but will get them tomorrow when the light is back! I also got my Granpa's Birthday present today! We decided to make him up a wee hamper full of bread making stuff including a book, gluten free stuff, the normal flours and even some seeds and herbs to add in! He got a bread maker for his Christmas but wanted to try all the gluten free stuff and me being a wee expert in that field(she says) I know just the stuff to get him hee!!


Hubby is just playing his xbox so I came on here for a wee post plus some commenting then after we're gonna watch a wee movie as again we never made it to cinema!! Oh well, maybe next week ....

Hey all
Sorry I haven't been around, was so tired yesterday and then the silly Internet wasn't working!

So .......... THE DEMO ....... Went ........ FANTASTIC!!
Hee hee, yeah it was great! The ladies were amazing and were nothing to be scared off hee! Had such a fab lil night and got booked for more demos plus orders and sold all my samples hee! I even won a giant box of Chocolates in their wee raffle hee!!

Anyways, its my Step dads birthday near the end of the month but my wee mummy is taking him away so we're seeing him on Sunday to give him his wee gift! Not only that its my Granpa's birthday on the 16th so we'll have a wee tiny ickle party for them both, I'll even try and make some cake!

This is Scott's card made using another of my Christmas stamps that the lovely Susie got me! It's just a perfect wee image for him!

Hey everyone
So there is only a few hours to my wee demo tonight ........... OMG I'm so so nervous!! Haven't done one for a while and my stomach is doing flips thinking about it! I know once I've started I'll be fine, but I still gotta get there hee!

To calm my wee self down I decides to play with my wee stamp that the gorjuss Susie got me for my Christmas! I just adore her honey, thanks muchly! I decided after making it i might as well enter the Simply Sassy GD call, one can only try hee!

A full day xxx

Hi all
Can you believe its already the 10th of January already? Cant believe this year is going so fast!! It'll be Easter before we know it and we'll still have this snow!! Not that I'm complaining, I still love the snow hee!!

So today has been a full, full day! I cleaned and hoovered, washed and ironed, folded and put away then sorted through the spare room putting all the bedding away and folded the sofa bed back into place! And that was all before 12! After a wee breakfast and brew I got started on my last card for the demo!

I took over an hour to colour my wee image on the card as wanted it to be as perfect as I could do!! The image is just lush and wanted to do it justice! What do you think?? Did I get it right??

A bit of cake xxx

Hey all
Hope all is well out there in blogland? Thanks for all the wee messages yesterday, its interesting too see what we all have a weakness for when we're out shopping hee! Us crafters gotta save our pennies for more stash hee!

Today has been a lovely wee day! I made lots of yummy things for hubby going back to work tomorrow! I made some Vanilla Parfait cupcakes and triple Chocolate and cranberry muffins the results are below!

Hubby gives them both 10/10 but he may be slightly biased hee!

I'm not a big cake person but do love baking and cooking anything! I give anything ago even if I wont eat it hee! I adore anything "Cupcake" and all my family get me wee cupcakey things including a fab Cupcake Cherry-on-top apron my best friend Ellie got me for Christmas! I also have keyrings, lip glosses, charms, books, pens, t-shirts and even cupcake jammies! If its cupcake shape or got a cupcake on it "I WANT IT" hee!

I made this wee card as part of my demo on Tuesday and have all the parts made up to make another one hee! I'm looking forward to Tuesday now but probably by the time it comes I'll be terrified, feeling sick and needed a pee every 2 mins!! Yes I will be so nervous, ekk thinking about it has just given butterflies ekk ekk ekk!!

Ok lets talk about nice things ........... What is your fav "cant live without" craft item? Something as simple as your fav tool or is it an item you love to use?? Me I adore my papers and have a giant, massive, huge collection that I just love! But that doesn't mean I don't need more!! I just love my papers! Oh and another item is my gorjuss lovely ribbons, all colours types and materials! What about you??

How is everyone out there in blogland? Have you been doing anything nice today?

As I said last night, I had my wee craft club this morning. We had a great wee morning all trying quilling, sadly no project to show as I ended up being teacher! Everyone did really well and made some lovely lil cards!

After a wee lunch me and hubby played the kinect! Hee what a laugh that was and watching back the replays ............ ha legs arms and head going all ways hee!! I won some bits but hubby won over all, think he may have cheated some how????

After a rest, well earned, I decided to make a wee card using one of my lush new stamps! Wanting to get the image as perfect as I could took over 30 mins to colour! What you think? Still not sure its good enough??

So tonight I though we should admit to our one weakness in the clothes shopping department?? Me well there is 3 things I nearly always buy if I see something I really fancy in the shops

1. Socks - I just love them, cartoon, strip, spots anything I want them all
2. Jammies - I just adore pj's and those who know ME know i spend as much time in them as I can hee
3. And lastly I cant stop buying undies!! Yes I have an obsession with pants hee!!

So now you know my secret shopping weakness, whats yours?? Go on admit it, you know you wanna!! hee hee

A long long long wait ............... xxx

Hey everyone
Oh what a day, our plans just didn't go right! The van was booked in for its service and was to be finished at 12 o'clock!! So we planned to go to the cinema and maybe pop over to hobbycrafts sale ................ NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! At 1/4 to 1 they phoned to say they wouldn't much longer, about half hour! So we thought that fine, we're lucky garage is across the road so hubby was watching! At 3 o'clock we were still waiting and then ........... hey presto the van appeared to go for wee test drive! So when it appeared back we thought, few mins and we'll get a call no no no .......... So fed up hubby went over and appeared back at 4!!

As you can see we never made it to cinema but we did go off to hobby craft for wee nose hee! So not that bad a day! I got £50 worth of stuff for £27, not bad for hobbycrafts I thought! I also made a good start on all my stuff for the demo! Only a wee easel card and gate fold card to make up with the Blue Peter "stylely" bits in a bag!!

As promised I took a wee pic of my thanks you cards I made on Tuesday or was it Wednesday?? Eh cant remember now ....... never mine here there are, sorry pictures aren't the best!!

A quick day xxx

Good evening my gorjuss friends
Will its official I'm an "Xbox Widow"!! And not only that, my nephew is playing along with him through Xbox live world!! Oh will more time for blogging, crafting and lots of me stuff hee! I do admit the kinect was the perfect Christmas gift, we've been playing non-stop since Christmas night hee!

Today has been one of those rather fast days, washings and ironing, food shop and lunch! A wee bit of tiding then crafting, well only 1 card made but did get to ink up all my new rubber! Now to colour hee! I also made we Chicken en-croute for dinner with a mango type chutney filling mmmm was yummy!

We had our nephews again after school, but was a quite few hours with the oldest watching tv with me and the youngest happily making wee cards with some Wallace and Gromit stickers I had! So a happy we afternoon for all!

I promised you that I would have pics of my thank you cards but I totally forgot to take them and now its to dark! So instead here is some wee pictures I made for my Mother-in-law for her Christmas

I was really stuck for this but after a good play through Sarah's new CD Wonderland I came up with this

First Post of 2011 xxx

Hi everyone

So this is my 1st wee post of the year!

Ive been such a bad blogger what with Christmas and New Year and also having my lovely bro here! Was just a the best lil Christmas ever! Me and hubby spoiled each other and so did our family, thank you to them all!

Then we were at the Biggar Bonfire with hubby's family and my bro! It was amazing! We were right at the front and had a great view of the lighting! The fire was so warm you could feel your eyelids burning! Bro said "We wouldn't need a face peel with this heat!!"!

My bro left on Sunday and I'm missing him already, although he is already sending horrible messages of him and his girlfriend going to Betty's, the horrible pair!! With bro gone the house is almost back to normal, all Christmas is packed in boxes and ready for later in the year! But wee me is still all full of the "Christmas Spirit"(not the alcohol one you all think hee)! This has just been the best Christmas and New Year for me for a while and still enjoying it so so much hee!

Anyways, can you believe I haven't done any crafting since making my last Christmas card and haven't even played with any of my goodies from hubby and my lovely friend .... TILL TODAY! Hee I made 9 wee thank you cards to send and made a start on some wee bits for my demo that I'm doing next Tuesday!! Eek, not looking forward to it!! Only because not only did I forget all about it(thought it was Feb), I'm so not organised in the slightest! Hopefully will have everything ready by Monday night, fingers crossed!!

You can probably see that form my wee blog its rather bare!! HELP!!

I'm looking for a new wee background but have no idea what or where to look!! Any ideas? I would love any input as I'm totally stuck! There is so many gorjuss designs its so hard to pick!!

Before I go, I wanna thank all you lot out there for being great buddies and giving the confidence I need to keep going with my nattering on and my crafting! Thanks everyone!
