New Lanark xxx

Happy Halloween
Hope all is well with all my lovely friends in blogland? Sorry for my bad blogging the past few days, but the pain has been a bit much for me and today is the 1st day I'm feeling more like my wee self!
Since it was a gorjuss day, we decided to walk to New Lanark with the dog and I took my wee camera with us! I think I went a bit mad and took over 200 pics hee, but its just so stunning in the Autumn with all the trees changing colour!!

Please beware, there is a lot of pics hee!

The picture above was my fave and just have to get it blown up! With the gorjuss colours and the sun pouring through the trees, its amazing!

Me trying to be artistic with the camera!

The falls are just gorjuss and this isn't even them at full!

This is wee me stopping for a wee break, while hubby played with the camera!
For those of you who don't know, New Lanark a Old Cotton Mill and Village and is is a wee World Hertiage site and is the most stunning place in my view along the Clyde! If you every come to Lanark or Scotland for that matter, its a must for all to visit!!
Thanks for popping by and all your get well comments!
Hugs and kisses
Melly xxxx

  3. Glad to hear you were feeling well enough to take a walk to New Lanark. Don't know when I was last there, probably when the kids were young. Brilliant photos.

This was the day when a bus load of us went down to the SECC. It was a long day but we came home with lots of lovely new goodies.
