The 5th December Challenge xxx

Hi everyone
Hope all is well in blogland? Has your Sunday been? We had a wee quiet one, getting the rest of the Christmas decorations sorted and putting up some wee fairy lights in the Conservatory.

I wanted to share with you the wee cross stitch we made at the last Craft Club.

I forgot how much I loved cross stitching! Been a few years since I've done it! I turned this into a wee card so I could send to my wee Granny! Lesley, who hadn't tried it till the club has got the "bug" and been getting wee kits to make stuff hee!

I wanna enter this in to some challenges
So I promised you all some more wee pictures of my trees in the day light, but hubby took a wee pic of me too that I thought was nice! Don't really like my pic being taken but once and a while find one I like hee

What do you think? Not looking my best but still OK??? Oh yes I do have on my jammie bottoms hee!!

So this is our wee fat tree in the Conservatory, you can see the colours now! I'm thinking it might actually need some more baubles, a few wee spaces I spy! While we were hanging the other lights, Tillie was lying on the couch making sure they looked OK hee!!
Again this is our big tree, it looks really skinny in this picture but is rather big if you seen it! Also my hubby took me to get my wee bauble! Its like a wee sparkle Cinderella carriage hee!

I've nothing planned for tonight, what are you all up too?I might get all my gifts wrapped ready for posting to family and friends! I was hoping to have my Dt project ready but was still wet so I'll have it on tomorrow! Always a day behind with it hee!

Tillie is already wrapped cosy in her blanket snoozing and not even 8! Hmm must be a hard life for a dog hee!

Have a great day whatever you do and I'll be back tomorrow!

Hugs and Kisses

  3. Hi Melly. Love the cross stitch on your card. Your granny will love it. This is something I have never tried and always wanted to. Hubby's granny did it all the time and some of the kits were brilliant. Love the trees, they both look beautiful, as do you and Tillie. Really enjoying your daily posts. Have a nice evening. Donna

  4. What a lovely cross-stitched card (I do like the texture that cross-stitch gives, but I am a very slow stitcher so I like paper because it's much quicker!)

    Fab Christmas tree, too!

    luv, Mags x
