Perfume Bottle Gift Box

 

Hello everyone and sorry to all my followers as it’s been sooooooo long since my last post. Things have been so busy with work and health but I’m back with a BANG

As you can see above I have created my first ever YouTube video! Ekkkk ‘nerves and feeling a bit sick’ and how is it I sound like that hehehe. If you click on the post above it will take you straight over and PLEASE let me know what you think? All help is much appreciated 

The Perfume Bottle was made specifically for the latest Chloe’s Creative Cards Magazine

A beautiful spring inspired magazine full of lush Design Team Inspiration and lovely gifts including the gorgeous butterfly die set that I used on this Gift Box

For the tutorial I used some of my Bazzil 12x12 papers along with some older Pink Paislee pattern papers from my very big stash

If you fancy making your own you will need to get your hands on the magazine where you will find all the links to download the template that can be cut as a SVG or printed as and cut my hand. All the patterns I make can also be cut my hand after you print out the template which makes them for everyone

I hope you are all keeping well?? Staying safe and keeping busy! So who knows what the next few months will bring but at least the vaccines seem to be rolling out quicker! The quicker they do the sooner we see all those love ones we miss! Or get to go further than 5 miles 

I've been busy working away on my magazine pieces and having some fun times with Hubby and Jura! We even managed a lovely hike on Sunday before the rains came back! Here's hoping Spring will bring some more sunshine for us!!

Have you seen the latest Hunkydory Box Magazine?? Above is some of the makes I had so MUCH fun making and even made a couple of extra cards 'just because'!

Below is a wee Gift Card Holder that you pull the knot of the ribbon to get to the card

and my most favourite make this year so far has got to be this little Flower Cart! I had days of trying to get it just right and then making a cut file and template so you can make you're own!

I also had the chance to make something for the lovely Lisa Horton and her fantastic new Box Magazine

This is my little Fairy House  that I show you how to make using the kit and some bits you will have in the house! You could make a few and have a wee Fairy Village and add some stamped images to bring it alive!

Will I best get back to work! Some men makes this week and you all know how I rubbish I am at those! But hopefully they will look better than my scribbles

Afternoon you lovely lot

Are you all well, staying safe? I can't believe this craziness is still going on but at least we are trying to make the best of it

I've been taking time to get the last of my work done, make some cards to add to my own stash and also play with my Nintendo Switch Lite! Yes I treated myself to a switch and Animal Crossing with mu Christmas and Birthday vouchers I was hoarding for some strange reason lol. So now I'm happily created my own wee world while the real one is mad!!

Today I wanted to share a littler something I was so so so pleased with and can't believe how they came out! What am I talking about???? 

YES!! 

Its the fabulous Altenew Special Box Magazine

I was lucky to be asked to create some pieces to go along with the kit that comes with the magazine and the only brief was Wedding!

So as you know that's sooooo me! Not only that, I had my brothers invites on my desk so added their names fro the 'couple'! Sadly my brother and Jamielee to change their Wedding to next year so seeing their wee names in print sorta helps lol 

look at the group photo!! Just makes me so happy to see those makes look so fab

the main Invite, I used the layer stamps but only the first layer and coloured with my pens then added a printed vellum overlay! Makes it look soft but the copper makes it all pop!

I also made a cute little favour box and again used the stamps but this time layered them to create the perfect Altenew floral flower to decorate the box

You'll have to see the magazine for yourself to see all the fab creations the rest of the team came up with! Plus the kit is AMAMZING! that stamp set alone I'd buy it for hehehehe

Apart from working on some fun pieces I've still been keeping up with our wee Challenge Facebook group, have you checked it out yet??

Its great for getting you to use up your old stash and see what other have been doing. Its bad tho for reminding you what you might have in your stash that you've forgot hehehehe
